Ya, Whipper gave me a raincheck for one, then I started trying to track one down, out of all the stores we checked on their database, New Glasgow was the only one this side of Ont that had any, they had 2! (the other one is still on clearance)

Well as soon as hitting the pavement after leaving Derecks on Saturday, my jeep picked up a nasty misfire, chased it around yesterday trying to figure out what was going on, changed the plugs, wires, dist cap, put a test pipe in place of cat, but it was still stuttering, no power whatsoever. So we decided today to reindex my distributor, when we went to pull it, we realized the dist retaining bolt wasnt even tight and my dist was bouncing all over the place, torqued it down and it's good to go now  |

oil pan gasket and a broken trans mount , liverpool carnage all fixed and new spare axles robbed out of one of my parts trucks.  friggen stub shaft ...... i guess you can't expect u-joints to last forever and this was the last original left . how many can say they broke a 21 year old u-joint ;D |

I can, I can...lol...
Other than getting my new hangers put in, I took an old blow up water slide from wallmart that had seen better days cut all the shit off the top of it cut it down to size and made some marks as to where i wanted the stitching to go and droped it off at a place that does this kind of work so when i get home i should have a color matching soft top for my rig... Now no more spiders when wheelin wooded areas...lol...

Loaded up spare parts and tools ,checked fluids,jeep tow strap ,greased , over all check . Going wheeling in the vally tomorrow with 6 jeeps and 1-2 toyotas ..... should be a wicked day ! |

What an awesome day , Jeep carnage: 3 tie rods ,1 control arm torn off the frame ,one long arm end link and a few minor electrical issues 2 rocker's torn completely off and one beat in very nicely ! Toyota carnage .... ifs bracket torn in half Ford carnage 1 punctured tire ,bent steering linkage and broken driver's front axle . 7 jeeps ,1 toyota and 1 ford ..... great day and everyone made it out. Pics will come in the next day or so . I was going to invite you down Jeff but i knew you are doing the curse so i didn't bother .... to easy for you anyway  |
