Well my father-in-law and I started tearing apart the YJ on Monday, the drive shafts are off, starter, and the 4x4 shifter is off. The transfer case is loose and will be taken off in the next day or 2. All should be off by the weekend. Taking our time taken stuff off.. Soon will be the new clutch ( kit ) installed and the YJ should be rolling again.

Well lets see...this week we (MLC) took my tcase apart to replace all the seals and try to stop some serious leaks I had and figured since we have gone that far that we might as well replace the rear main engine seal which has been leaking for some time..then Wednesday night after getting the transmission out we found that my clutch was looking pretty worn and figured we might as well replace the clutch since we have it out...well, everything was closed Thursday, so luckily my good friends at APJ Auto managed to get me one in first thing Friday morning and shipped it MBW courier same day and now after taking the weekend off, we are ready to get her all put back together this Sunday night ;D Once we get the ol' Exxon Valdeze Pirateship back together we can start installing Cindy's new long arm upgrade A BIG thank you to MLC...You do some fine work my friend!! I fixed up my frame in 2 different spots, put my skid plate back up to it's normal place and started too make my new rock rails with tube steps. Rails all made up and the steps are on and almost welded up. Getting close!!

Oh noes, I have been slipping, damn weddings! I have even missed coffee for 3 weeks!
Lately, I have had to do routine maintenance, (I don't usually break stuff mall crawling), Seized Idler Pulley, Starter finally went, eyed up two fancy skidplates waiting for install, just gotta find a gas tank skid.
I also installed a dash clock, the wife insisted, thinking maybe I would come home and spend some TIME with her.
