The NEW and APPROVED Purgatory!! Sunday Tim, Dave and I went out and added on to the top section of Purgatory, bringing it down the hill, back up, through and over skidder ruts, making some ten point turn corners and making the trail long enough to spend a good day wheeling once the snow is down. I truly think that this trail is going to be a crazy ass'd fun, one of the best trails that you could find for winter wheeling. The really nice thing is is that it is our trail, there are NO atvs to claim the land, we have permission to be there, no one should be hunting in that area because it is too close to the highway... I can't wait to start wheeling it!!  I was looking at the calendar last night and weekends are getting tight, there are only two weekends left before Christmas and one of them is the weekend that Mudandmore comes home. So I figured that maybe we should just wait to run the trail till Boxing Day (if people are free)..I have a Box Day tradition, I have wheeled every boxing day since I bought a Jeep. I'm stoked and not sure I can wait that long to wheel it!! Cheers! Jeff |

Sounds cool...I got to get my trailer ready for the road and that first week is going to be busy...lol... Weather will play a big part too...

I feel for ya Tim, like I said you and Belinda are welcome to ride with Cindy and I... I'm not sure on the Lamp Cabin, I found out it is an annual event and it is so busy it's hard to get a seat...maybe we'll do something different  I'll try to post some more details before the run... Fawesome run today guys!! The trail was gnarly fun!! Dave, DJ, Shane, myself and Cindy made good work of it...Lots of stucks, lots of winching, a little carnage equals one fantastic day!! Thank you to everyone who made it and kept the Boxing Day tradition alive!! Cheers!! Jeff |
