Just thought I'd mention that we ran into some hunters going to their bait stations on Saturday and they said that once the season opens (next Friday I believe) to be super careful in woods as those woods (Fenwick/Little Forks) are full of hunters and some of them shoot by sound!
Jeff and I are not going to wheel on Saturdays during hunting season - not worth the risk.

Nope that would not be good at all.Sundays will be much safer as long as it is not near dark, they still hunt at that time (not suppose to) I know a few that do that.

Yeah, NOT! lol I don't know how a Jeep could be mistaken for a deer, but if alcohol is involved who knows. They probably wouldn't be too happy about a bunch of Jeeps rolling through the woods when they're trying to stalk a deer. So I have no problem with only wheeling on Sundays. That's the best day for most people anyway.

Even on Sundays Malcolm? Are you saying we should stay out of the woods completely until hunting season is over?

I've gone atving during hunting season and had no problems, only met many guys out stocking there apples. As long as people do not go running down trees and over there apples. I've never had any problems.

sundays r kool.....all depends who is in the area tim ...some guys r hard core ....even get mad then so called even with other hunters ...flat tires and broken windows and soo on ...we should try to respect others that enjoy the out doors like hunters sled heads and atv's.....this is just my thoughts on this
