hi everyone, im from pictou co and currently wheel an 87 samurai with 5.13s, lincoln locked in the rear, narrowed and flipped tracker rear housing, 1.6 with samurai head and webber carb, 4:1 home made rock lobster case, 33km2s on 10" rims, home made hi steer, i think thats it..
i am planning on building a 95 4dr sidekick i picked up.. plans are toy axles on coils, TDI vw diesel adapted to a samurai tranny, then into my 4:1 case from my samurai. i will also use the tires from the sami.. then some bumpers, winch etc.. the samurai is just too rusted to bother with anymore..
i also have a 1990 K5 blazer with a 4" trail master lift and a diamond plow.. i tried wheeling it once, but after years of messing with samurais i realized the blazer wasnt going to cut it for where i go..
my dd is a 97 dodge 2500 4x4 with a 12v cummins.. it has 370 horse New Era injectors, #100 fuel plate, 3000rpm GSK, seized wastegate, shift kit, low stall billet torque converter, 4" exhaust, BHAF, moto metal wheels, gauges, etc..
and my ATV is a DS650 with a 2006 GSXR1000 engine..

I don't have any good pics of my samurai but if you type in rock lobster samurai in YouTube there is a crappy vid of it. I do have lots of pics of my old diesel samurai in action though if your interested.

thanks, i would love to some day, i just have to get the sidekick done first.. the samurai is just too rotten now, the last time i used it the rear spring perch tore off the frame and a huge hole in the floor formed : what do you guys run in wentworth, deep mud, trails, rocks? it seems like everyone around here just wants to haul their rigs to a swamp and stay there for the day.. im more of a trail/crawl kind of guy.

Yep, Wentworth is mostly tight, twisty with some rocky sections, all up hill with plenty challenge for everyone!! Other trails towards Springhill are VERY tight twisty off camber and if you don't stay on the steering wheel, you are going home with dents Myself, I HATE mud!! I'm all about crawling!! My Jeep TJ is boatsided, long armed with coilovers, 231/d300 doubler (155:1), front Scout d44 locked, 5:13's stuffed with RCV Performance CV shafts, rear locked d44 with AlloyUSA shafts, lots more goodies and rolling on 39.5" Iroks... Check out a couple vids from our last trip through Wentworth...
